K&R Services installed a camera system in our Hollidaysburg location in 2014. As the general manager, I use this system to monitor activity locally around the grounds while in my office and via my phone when I am off site. This also allows our parent location in New York the ability to check in on our location. The can log on and look at our inventory and can send trucks without even having to call me to give them a report. Having the cameras around are a good deterrent for crime and helps to maintain employee productivity and honesty.
After our installation was complete, we had them install a rear vision camera on one of our skid loaders. This feature has greatly increased the safety and visibility when the loader is being used.
Since installing this system, I have personally been able to practically use this camera and DVR system to investigate expensive damage of equipment and different cases of trespassing.
K&R Services has also been very helpful with the installation and troubleshooting of their product. They have effectively communicated and trained us in the various helpful features this system conveniently provides.
